Seeman was born on eight November in Aranaiyur Village, Sivagangai District, Tamil Nadu, India. He was born to Mr Senthamizhan and Mrs Annammal Senthamizhan in a Tamil family. In , he married Kayalvizhi, a daughter of Okay. Kalimuthu (former Speaker of Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly from AIADMK event) throughout the presence of Pazha Nedumaran and others. In the Tamil movie ‘Panchalankurichi’, a woman (Ilavarasi), while trying to cross a river to migrate with her young son (Kitaan, played by Prabhu) to a village that forms the title of the film, drowns after throwing her son to safety.
