    The Xavier Magazine Records consist primarily of research files gathered by staff during the course of writing articles for the magazine. These research files include biographical information on individuals associated with Xavier and background materials on various university awards, events, and programs. They occasionally contain photographs and clippings. In some cases, include university records such as correspondence, reports, leaflets, and press releases. The folders often include a clipping of the resulting published article. In addition, Series 4 contains research and proof files for other publications produced by the Office of Marketing and Communications over the years.
