Cinematique hosts hip-hop
Hip-hop, both live and on film, will take over a local theater.
The Port Orange group HDninja will perform their "nerdcore" hip hop at 10 p.m. Saturday at Cinematique of Daytona, S. Beach St., Daytona Beach. Also on the bill are Orlando artists Emergency Pizza Party and Rappy McRapperson. Admission is $6.
The duo A2Z will perform at 9 p.m. Tuesday at Cinematique, followed by a screening of the documentary film "Beats, Rhymes & Life: The Travels of A Tribe Called Quest." Admission is $5.
